Training Course Registration
Training course registration will not be confirmed until registration is complete and payment is received in full. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to Axon Consultancy are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit card or bank account used to place your order.

Event, Conference or Any Other Business Activity Registration

Registration for Events and Conferences or any other Business Activity Registration such as business consultancy, business matching will not be confirmed unless registration details are complete and payment is complete. In the even payment involved grant, approval letter from grant provider shall be required. When registering, you undertake that all details you provide to Axon Consultancy are true and accurate, that you are an authorized personnel of your organisation to place the order and you are an authorised user of the credit card or bank account used to place your order.

Pricing, Availability and Refund Policy
Whilst we try and ensure that all process, details, descriptions, prices and availability which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any courses which you have ordered we will inform you on this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund in full if you have already paid for the training course.

 SST and other taxes

All prices and fee published are not including the SST or any other relevant taxes.

Rescheduling of Programmes
Axon Consultancy reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrolment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled. If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.  No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration. In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request to jack@axonconsultancy.com

Axon Consultancy does not cancel conferences that are being promoted. If there are unforeseen circumstances such as  country lock down or war or any act of god, the event will be rescheduled. Should there are any reschedule to the conferences, notices will be sent to participants within 8 hours from the time the circumstances occurred. Cancellation

All orders made shall not be cancelled. Arrangements can be made for a substitute upon approval by the Managing Director of Axon Consultancy Sdn Bhd.

Excel Academy Refund Policy:-

  1. If participant is sick (with MC), participant can request for replacement class subject to availability. Otherwise, participant can also nominate another person to replace him/her to attend the training.
  2. If cancellation is requested more than 14 days before course starts, participant is entitled for 50% of the paid amount.
  3. If cancellation is requested less than 14 days before course starts, participant is not entitled for any refunds.

To process refund, one will need to fill in the Refund Form provided by Axon Consultancy. Upon submitting the refund form, the refunded amount will be credited to your specified bank account within 30 days.
