Before establishing Asia Mind Dynamics in 2005, Andreas began his career in market research and HR consulting with organisations such as UNDP, Aon Hewitt, and Taylor Nelson Sofres. He later pioneered Certified NLP Practitioner Training in Malaysia in 2006. Since then, he has delivered thousands of training and coaching hours, certifying hundreds of practitioners, coaches, and trainers across the region—from high-ranking politicians and CEOs to managers and executives.
