WAN MOHD FADZIL
Wan Mohd Fadzil, a Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT, AHLEI) and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, brings over 40 years of global hospitality and corporate training experience with leading brands such as Pan Pacific, Sheraton, Hilton, and Hyatt. Renowned for his passion and leadership, he specializes in customer service, hotel operations, leadership development, revenue management, and pre-opening programs, while mentoring future leaders to excel in the competitive hospitality industry.
MASTER JIN
Ms. Tan Yunn Jin (Master Jin) is a certified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience specializing in women’s health, gynecology, pediatrics, and postpartum care. A graduate of HeiLongJiang University, she is also a certified postpartum care instructor, international infant massage trainer, and current President of the Malaysian Postnatal Care Association (MADAM). Renowned for developing Malaysia’s professional confinement training curriculum, she has trained over 300 nannies and consulted multiple confinement centers. Master Jin is frequently featured on media platforms such as Astro and TV2 and has served as a trainer for institutions like Lincoln University and Universitas Negeri Padang. Her holistic expertise integrates TCM, nutrition, and natural medicine to advance standards in maternal care and vocational education.
