How to Register
All registrations can be made online. Spaces are often limited for our courses and will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis. You are strongly advised to register early to secure a place.
How the contract is formed between you and Axon Consultancy
Upon completion of registration, which also meaning payment successful, it is confirmation that you have accepted terms and conditions and the contract is now formed between you and the Axon Consultancy.
Payment must be received in advance of the course. Once registration is completed, our system will email you a confirmation.Upon completion of payment, we will email you an official receipt.

Attendance at the course
Full payment must be received prior to the course taking place. You will not be admitted to the course unless full payment has been received by Axon Consultancy.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing to jack@axonconsultancy.com. Cancellations received 10 days (7 working days) or more prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given if you withdraw, for whatever reason, within 10 days of the start of the course, a substitute delegate will be considered.
Course transfers
There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify Axon Consultancy in writing 10 days (7 working days) or more prior to the start of the course and we have availability on the requested date. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. Only one transfer can be made.
In the case that Axon Consultancy is not given 10 days’ notice and we can facilitate the transfer request based on course numbers, at Axon Consultancy’s discretion, we can transfer you to a future course date (subject to availability). There will be an administrative fee charged. The Administrative fee may be subject to the course and cost involved.
Non-attendance at a course
We cannot give refunds for delegates who fail to attend for whatever reason.
Cancellation of a course by Axon Consultancy
Axon Consultancy reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers, speakers, fees or venues without prior notice and without liability. Axon Consultancy also reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability to delegates for expenses incurred.
All of our training courses are extremely practical and hands-on. We base our courses on case studies and group interaction; if we do not receive adequate numbers to ensure the training course is practical and effective for each delegate, we retain the right to cancel the course.
In such circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund minus all other discounts given.
Liability
Axon Consultancy reserves the right to cancel, suspend or vary the operation of our obligations to you if events occur which are in the nature of force majeure including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, flood, storms, plant breakdowns, strikes, lock outs, riot, hostilities, non-availability of material or suppliers or any event outside of Axon Consultancy’s control; and we shall not be held liable for any breach of contract or tort resulting from such an event.
Warranties and liabilities
Axon Consultancy will perform any services with reasonable skill and care. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, and except where goods or services are sold to a person dealing as a consumer, all warranties, representations and undertakings, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and of non-infringement of the rights of a third party, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where goods or services are sold to a person dealing as a consumer, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect his or her statutory rights.
For all courses the total liability of the Axon Consultancy under these Terms and Conditions whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise shall be limited to an amount equal to 100% of the sum of all fees paid by you to us due under these Terms and Conditions or, if higher, the amount available under any responding insurance policy.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Axon Consultancy’s liability for death or personal injury caused by the Axon Consultancy’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any liability that may not be limited or excluded by law.
General notices
Axon Consultancy shall maintain records of all participants for only 5 years unless the learners have been actively engaged with Axon Consultancy to keep us up-to-date of own continues professional development. As such, as lost of certificates for awards given more then 5 years shall not be fulfilled.
